How client engagements work

Every client engagement is governed by EagleEye's Master Subscription Agreement. A client signs a one-page Order Form that references it, names the entities in scope, the modules chosen, their fees and the term. We provide the full agreement with every Order Form, and on request to anyone considering an engagement: email contact@eagleeye.io.

In brief

This summary is for information. The signed agreement governs; where it differs from this summary, the agreement applies.

• EagleEye gives independent, read-only oversight of the money moving in and out of your company and its entities. It reads exported files or read-only connections. It never pays, posts or changes anything in your systems, and it never holds, moves or instructs your money.
• Your own named people make every decision. A finding is evidence for their decision, not a decision.
• We take all care in how we run the checks. We do not take responsibility for amounts we do not find, for amounts a counterparty does not pay, or for the decisions, payments and claims you make.
• You pay a fixed fee for a review, a share of cash you actually receive, and monthly subscriptions. Nothing is charged on what is merely found.
• Your data is used for you alone. It is never pooled with anyone else's, it is encrypted, and our people see it only for a task you approve, time-limited and recorded. At the end you get your evidence back free and we delete the rest, with a signed certificate. We receive none of your data until the controls your modules rely on are in place and we have confirmed so in writing.
• No artificial intelligence or language model finds, values or decides a finding.

The text, marks and images on this site belong to EagleEye, except the Earth-at-night image, which is NASA's and is credited where it appears. You may quote this site with its address; you may not reuse its marks.

The demo form

Sending the form asks us to reply; it makes no agreement. What we do with the details you send is in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may change this site and these terms. A signed Order Form keeps the version of the agreement it states. The date at the top is the last change.
