Engagement
Through the year, not once a year.
An engagement starts with a demo and runs as long as the money moves. The software checks; your people decide; the record grows.
How it runs.
Seven steps. The first three happen before any data moves.
- DemoTwenty minutes on the business, its systems and whether the checks are worth running.
- AgreementTerms, confidentiality and data handling are agreed before anything is connected.
- ConnectionRead-only access to the systems in scope, or standard exports. The access is used only to read.
- First runEvery stream in scope, checked against the fixed rules. Each finding carries its evidence.
- FindingsShown to the people you name, with the records behind each one, and to no one else without your approval.
- DecisionsYour people approve, query, hold, release or close each finding, in the platform, on the record.
- Through the yearThe checks will run as the money moves: each payment file before it reaches the bank, each stream as its data arrives. The record will grow with every run.
What we need from you.
Little. Read access or exports, and the people who will decide.
- No change to how you pay, post or close.
What you keep.
- Every decision.
- Every record, with its evidence, for as long as the agreement says.
- The access. It is read-only, issued by you, and can be withdrawn at any time.
What is never asked.
- Write access to any system.
- Authority to pay, post or release anything.
- Data the checks do not need.
EagleEye's people.
EagleEye's people set up the connection and keep the checks running. They take no decision on a finding. Before we receive any client data, we will limit EagleEye's people to tasks the client approves, and record every access.
What EagleEye never does.
- Never pays, posts or changes anything in a client's systems.
- Never takes a decision on a finding.
- Never pools one client's data with another's: before we receive any client data, each client's will be held apart.
- Never publishes what the checks find for a company. It belongs to that company.
