Platform

One ledger. Three views.

EagleEye reads a company's own systems and checks the money moving in and out. Every dollar it finds sits on one line: received, claimed or awaiting decision. ExecutiveEye and FinanceEye show that line at the level each role needs, and OwnerEye will show it to a fund.

The line every view ends in.

Every view ends in the same line: every dollar found, and of it what is received, what is claimed and what is awaiting decision. The three parts add up to the one found. The figures reconcile from one finding to the company.

The four figures of the dollar line: found $101,837.50; received $20,800.50; claimed $16,835.00; awaiting decision $64,202.00. The four figures of the dollar line: found $101,837.50; received $20,800.50; claimed $16,835.00; awaiting decision $64,202.00.

Received
Back in the company's account. Above a set amount, money received is recorded by someone other than the person who confirmed it.
Claimed
Sent to the supplier, customer or payroll provider, not yet paid.
Awaiting decision
Found and evidenced, waiting on a named person.

All the words we use

ExecutiveEye

Every dollar found, on one line.

For the executive who owns the number. Four figures, found and received by month, and the findings awaiting decision, on one screen.

ExecutiveEye: four figures, found and received by month, and the findings awaiting decision.
An example enterprise. Illustration, not results.

On the screen

  1. Found, received, claimed and awaiting decision, for the period chosen.
  2. Found and received, by month.
  3. The decisions waiting, listed under the figure. Each is recorded on the finding itself, with its evidence, by a named person.

FinanceEye

Each finding, its evidence and its approval.

For the finance team. The findings on the left; one finding, its evidence and its history on the right. Nothing is decided without the records in view.

FinanceEye: the findings list and one finding's evidence and approval.
An example enterprise. Illustration, not results.

One finding

  1. The rule it came from.
  2. The records it came from and the file they arrived in.
  3. Its currency, kept as found.
  4. Every approval, query, hold, release and closure, by whom and when.
  5. Certain kinds of finding above a set amount take a second person to clear, and so does closing a claim above a set amount. The screen says so before the button is pressed.

OwnerEye

Every company in the portfolio, on one map.

For sponsors and boards. OwnerEye will show every company in the portfolio on one map, each with its own line, and the fund's line beneath. A fund will see a company's figures only with that company's written consent, and only from its signed exports.

OwnerEye: the portfolio on a world map, one company's figures, and the dollar line beneath.
Example data. Its design, not results.

What it will show

  1. Company lines that add up to the fund's.
  2. Each finding in its own currency.
  3. Each company opened to its own view, under that company's own sign-in.

What is in the platform.

Inside one company the platform is seven surfaces. Every figure in them comes from the same ledger.

Overview

Key figures and early warning.

Money map

Where the money moves.

Findings and approvals

Each finding, its evidence and its decision.

Payment runs

A payment file checked before it reaches the bank. Held lines are released by someone other than the person who sent it.

Proof ledger

Every dollar found, received and claimed, to the row.

Reports

The findings and the figures as a document.

Set-up

Companies, people and roles.

Streams checked.

Six streams, the same checks in every company.

  • SuppliersInvoices, credits and rebates.
  • Payment runsChecked before they reach the bank.
  • Payroll and agency labourRates and hours against what was agreed.
  • Company cardsSpend paid on card and again on invoice.
  • CustomersBilled, collected, credited and written off.
  • FraudDecided one item at a time, on evidence.

What the platform never does.

  • Never pays, posts or changes anything in a client's systems. It reads.
  • Never decides. Your people approve, query, hold, release and close.
  • Never guesses. The checks use fixed rules and statistics, never AI or language models. Before we receive any client data, the same data will always give the same result.
  • Never holds client data unencrypted in its hosted storage. Before we receive any client data, we will limit EagleEye's people to tasks the client approves, time-limited and recorded.
